B i o g r a p h y

His musical education, which ranges across different styles and genres, led him to graduate with top marks and honors in 2000 at the Conservatory of Music "G.B. Pergolesi" in Fermo. In 2006 he completed, among the first in Italy, the II Level Degree in Guitar also with honors.

With more than 300 concerts under his belt, for more than twenty years he has performed, as a soloist, soloist in orchestra and in various chamber groups (EONGuitarQuartet, DuoPorto, PIMADuo), in more than 20 countries on different continents. Taking care of various first performances of contemporary works, he has many recordings to his credit including the CDs Ad Parnassum and Music for winds & guitars by the composer Euro Teodori, as well as Guitare and Eon Guitar Quartet with the quartet of the same name. As a soloist he recorded in 2010 Suites y sonatas de latino america with music by A.Lauro, G.Montana and A.Ginastera and in 2013 The winter of our discontent: published by the "Guitart Collection", a monographic CD with an attached booklet on H.W.Henze, which collects the Royal Winter Music I & II. In January 2017 he published Obsequio à el Maestro, a monographic album dedicated to M. Castelnuovo-Tedesco with an attached booklet also published in the "Guitart collection."

Graduated in Conservation of Cultural Heritage at the University of Bologna, as well as in Guitar and Music Education, in 2005 he became a "Master of Art" in guitar, brilliantly obtaining the KonzertDiplom at the Musikhochschule in Lucerne (Switzerland).


Passionate about education and cognitive sciences, he has conducted conferences and workshops all over the world on stage management and the preparation of musicians for performance.


Artistic director of the “J. Rodrigo” International Guitar Festival, he is currently a tenured professor at the “G. Rossini” Conservatory in Pesaro. He plays a 2011 Rod Capper guitar with SAVAREZ Cantiga Evolution strings.
